Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MoneySignals website at moneysignals.us, the API at api.moneysignals.us, our email reports, dashboards, and any related services (together, the “Service”), provided by MoneySignals (“MoneySignals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete. The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where its use is lawful; you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

2.The Service

MoneySignals delivers machine-learning predictions, alternative-data signals, market sentiment indicators, event-driven signals, and related market intelligence across hundreds of tickers, by email, through a public REST API, and via web dashboards. Features, coverage, models, and content may change, be added, or be removed at any time. Predictions and signals are generated by automated systems and are inherently uncertain and frequently wrong; they are not guarantees of any outcome.

3.Accounts, Email Subscriptions & API Keys

• Some features require you to provide an email address or to receive an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or API key at [email protected].
• You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.

4.Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Paid plans. Certain plans are paid and are billed on a recurring (e.g., monthly) basis through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees until you cancel.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods. To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact [email protected].
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, which take effect at your next renewal.

5.Acceptable Use & API Terms

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• exceed published rate limits, circumvent usage quotas, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on the API or infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly republish bulk data, predictions, or signals obtained from the Service without our prior written permission;
• scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except through the API in accordance with your plan;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models, except as permitted by law;
• use the Service to violate any law or regulation, infringe any third party's rights, or transmit malware;
• misrepresent your identity or use another person's account, payment method, or API key without authorization.

We may set, change, and enforce technical limits (including rate limits and quotas) and may suspend or revoke API keys that violate these Terms or threaten the Service's stability or security.

6.Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, content, text, design, and trademarks, is owned by MoneySignals or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial use (or, for paid API plans, the commercial use expressly permitted by your plan). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7.Third-Party Services & Data

The Service relies on and incorporates data and services from third parties (for example, market-data vendors, payment processing by Stripe, analytics, and hosting providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data.

8.Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

9.Disclaimers & Investment Risk

• No advice. The Service is informational and educational only and is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice or a recommendation regarding any security or strategy.
• Risk of loss. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal, and are not suitable for everyone. You should consult a licensed financial, tax, or legal professional before making any investment decision.
• No guarantee. Past performance and any historical or hypothetical results do not guarantee future results. Models can be and often are wrong; market conditions change rapidly and unpredictably.
• “As is.” The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will MoneySignals or its operator, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneySignals and its operator and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access (including API keys and subscriptions) at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.

13.Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, except where prohibited by applicable law.
